A well-known regional bank was aware that banking customers are extremely loyal, averaging 27 years with the same institution. They wanted to find an exciting way to motivate their employees to bring in customers to open new savings accounts.
The bank developed an incentive program rewarding its employees for every new savings account they opened. Upon confirmation of the new account, the employee was given a Digital Choice Card. The card directed them to a website where they entered a Reward Code to redeem their choice of reward, from Photo Prints and Movie Tickets to Music Downloads and DVD Movies.
