University Healthcare was looking for a creative way to recognize and reward their dedicated employees during the holiday season. As an environmentally conscious company, they chose to print holiday postcards on recycled paper, and attach Digital Choice Cards printed on seeded paper (which when planted, grew into beautiful American wildflowers).
These eco-friendly cards directed employees to a website to complete a quick survey, after which they could select from a choice of complimentary Digital Rewards including Music Downloads, Movie Tickets, Magazine Subscriptions, Pizza, DVDs, or Photo Prints. Offering a choice of Digital Rewards was a creative way to build morale and express appreciation to their employees.
