Kohl's®, which operates over 1,000 retail department stores in 49 states, was looking for an easy way to reward associates in stores across the country. They chose Digital Reward Cards as a valuable and flexible employee incentive.
When an employee delivered on one of four predetermined initiatives, he or she was given a custom branded Digital Choice Card, redeemable for either Music Downloads, Ringtone or Photo Prints. The card provided directions to a Kohl's branded landing page, where employees simply needed to enter their unique Reward Code to redeem their complimentary gift.
