One of the largest automotive dealerships knew that providing quality service is key to satisfying customers and building brand loyalty. To ensure this, they were looking for a creative way to increase efficiency, quality of service and morale among their employees.
An Employee Recognition Program was developed to reward their employees for exceptional work and for reaching a set amount of positive customer surveys on vehicle service. Each quarter, when customer satisfaction ratings reached 90% or better, each employee received a Digital Choice Card. These cards were redeemable for a choice of Photo Prints, Music Downloads, Dining Certificates, DVDs, Hotel Reward Cards, Ringtones or Plant-A-Tree donations. Subsequently, their employees were motivated to continue hitting their monthly satisfaction goals. Recognizing and rewarding their employees for exceptional service was an effective way to increase efficiency and boost morale.
